WV DUI Safety & Treatment Program
The WV DUI Safety & Treatment Program is offered by BMH Brighter Futures and is designed to help eligible individuals meet DMV requirements following a West Virginia DUI conviction. Completion of this six-week program allows participants to regain their driver’s license.
