Boone Memorial Health now uses MyCareCorner for patient portal services. With MyCareCorner, patients have convenient, 24/7 access to personal health records, scheduling, and more through the MyCareCorner mobile app or on a laptop/desktop computer. All you need it an internet connection.

With MyCareCorner Patient Portal, you can:

  • Access your health records 24/7
  • Manage your appointments
  • Message your provider
  • View labs results
  • View your immunization records
  • View your medications and request refills (exclusions apply)
  • Download your health records

If you have not transferred your account from Thrive Patient Portal to MyCareCorner Patient Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Thrive Patient Portal account with your existing credentials.
  2. Upon logging in, you should be automatically redirected to MyCareCorner.net/login.
  3. Fill out the online form fields to complete registration for your new MyCareCorner account.

  1. Once you receive an email to join MyCareCorner, click the link in the email to create your account.
  2. After creating an account, download MyCareCorner from your App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Now that the MyCareCorner app is downloaded on your phone, log in with the account you just created so you can have 24/7 access to your records. You will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in in the future
