Inpatient Floor:
One visitor per patient, per day.
12pm – 6pm | 7 days a week
Patients are encouraged to remain in the patient room at all times.
Emergency Room:
One visitor, per patient allowed in patient room.
ER Waiting Room:
Reserved for patients only.
Extenuating circumstances may be considered.
We share in your concern for your loved one’s safety, health and well-being and understand how important it is to reach a patient timely and easily. Call, and one of our caring nurses or hospital staff will connect you.

Providing a nourishing, well-balanced, properly controlled diet is one that takes skill and planning. Our trained staff provides meals for its patients, employees, and guests. They take pride in preparing individualized separate meals several times daily to accommodate special patient dietary needs.
In addition to meal planning, our registered Consulting Dietician provides patient nutritional care and assessments for patients. She also approves our menus and performs a sanitation audit on the kitchen.

Vending machines are sponsored by the Boone Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and are located throughout the facility.

The BMH Security Department works diligently to ensure the safety of all employees, patients, visitors, property, and equipment of the hospital. Our security officers maintain a strict routine of covering the grounds.

One of our dedicated Auxiliary volunteers will be ready to make your shopping experience an excellent one. In addition to the smiling faces of the Auxiliary, you can find everything from gifts and snacks to jewelry and the local paper. Arts and crafts by local artisans and crafters are also available. Proceeds from the Gift Shop benefit the Auxiliary fund to award scholarships to local high school seniors in addition to assisting with hospital goals and programs.
