Join us for a black-tie optional event as we commemorate the 60th anniversary of Boone Memorial Health’s opening – a date six decades ago that would change the trajectory of Boone County’s history. What then started as a vision to bring quality health care to the coalfields of southern West Virginia has today grown to become so much more. On the occasion of this Diamond Anniversary, we invite you to help celebrate Boone Memorial Health’s achievements, while supporting its ongoing, dedicated efforts to bring medicine home and make the communities it serves better places to live, work, learn, and play.

All net proceeds from the BMH60 Diamond Anniversary Gala will benefit the BMH Foundation for Community Health, supporting its mission to improve the social determinants of health throughout Boone Memorial Health’s service area. Studies show that these social and environmental factors account for up to 60 percent of health outcomes. At BMH, we’re focusing on the 60. Your support will directly help the BMH Foundation’s work toward improving economic stability, education access and quality, neighborhood and built environment, social and community context, and healthcare access and quality across southern West Virginia.
