Making your health information accessible anywhere you go!
Boone Memorial Health now uses MyCareCorner for patient portal services. With MyCareCorner, patients have convenient, 24/7 access to personal health records, scheduling, and more through the MyCareCorner mobile app or on a laptop/desktop computer. All you need is an internet connection.
With MyCareCorner Patient Portal, you can:
- Access your health records 24/7
- Manage your appointments
- View labs results
- View your immunization records
- View your medications
- Download your health records
- Your healthcare provider (hospital or clinic) will provide you with an email (if you provided an email address) or a printed invitation for accessing the MyCareCorner website. See Registering in MyCareCorner for step-by-step instructions on this process. Once you receive an email to join MyCareCorner, click the link in the email to create your account.
- After creating an account, download MyCareCorner from your App Store or Google Play Store.
- Now that the MyCareCorner app is downloaded on your phone, log in with the account you just created so you can have 24/7 access to your records. You will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in in the future.
