Boone Memorial Health now uses MyCareCorner for patient portal services. With MyCareCorner, patients have convenient, 24/7 access to personal health records, scheduling, and more through the MyCareCorner mobile app or on a laptop/desktop computer. All you need is an internet connection.

With MyCareCorner Patient Portal, you can:

  • Access your health records 24/7
  • Manage your appointments
  • View labs results
  • View your immunization records
  • View your medications
  • Download your health records
  1. Your healthcare provider (hospital or clinic) will provide you with an email (if you provided an email address) or a printed invitation for accessing the MyCareCorner website. See Registering in MyCareCorner for step-by-step instructions on this process. Once you receive an email to join MyCareCorner, click the link in the email to create your account.
  2. After creating an account, download MyCareCorner from your App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Now that the MyCareCorner app is downloaded on your phone, log in with the account you just created so you can have 24/7 access to your records. You will be prompted to create a 4-digit pin for simple sign-in in the future.
