Canon’s SEMAR (Single Energy Metal Artifact Reduction) utilizes a technique to reduce metallic artifacts, improving visualization of implants and adjacent soft tissues for a clearer and more confident diagnosis. This helps provide an artifact-free image for patients with metallic implants, such as bilateral hip or knee replacements.
