Boone Memorial Health is pleased to welcome Lisa Kelly, FNP-C to the BMH family. Lisa is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner who will be managing the care of patients at our BMH Comfort Clinic. She is welcoming new patients, both by appointment and on a walk-in basis. The services she is qualified and experienced to provide to patients of all ages include:
- Preventive screenings and immunizations
- Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
- Management and coordination of care for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and other types of chronic conditions
- Referrals to specialists
