Boone Memorial Health held its annual Christmas Spirit Day on Friday, December 22. Hospital employees donned fun, festive, creative holiday attire and filled the inpatient halls with holiday cheer by caroling to patients. In addition, each patient received an embroidered Christmas blanket, compliments of BMH.
The tradition began in 2016, the year BMH opened its new facility. BMH Christmas Spirit Day allows staff to bring joy and happiness to patients who may be missing home and need a positive, uplifting distraction.
