BMH Health Fair
LIGHTS. CAMERA. HEALTH.
LOCATION: MADISON CIVIC CENTER
The 2022 BMH Health Fair is scheduled for Friday, October 7.
The event will be held at the Madison Civic Center located at 261 Washington Avenue in Madison, WV from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The fair will offer discounted blood work, flu shots, health education, federal black lung claim assistance, prizes, entertainment, and food. Guests who bring in non-perishable food will receive an extra raffle ticket for a special prize drawing that will be held during the fair. Food donations will benefit local families in need.
This year's theme is "LIGHTS. CAMERA. HEALTH." Pre-registration is not required for participants. However, those interested in becoming a Vendor or Sponsor should register below.
LAB WORK IS CASH ONLY

CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) with Lipids II: $20.00
(Remember 12-14 hours fasting for Lipids)
PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen Test): $25.00
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Test): $15.00
Hgb A1C (Hemoglobin A1C): $15.00
Vitamin D (test your Vitamin D levels): $35.00
