A patient’s nourishment is a top priority at
Boone Memorial Hospital.
Providing a nourishing, well-balanced, properly controlled diet is one that takes skill and planning. Our trained staff provides meals for its patients, employees and guests. They take pride in preparing individualized separate meals several times daily to accommodate special patient dietary needs.
In addition to meal planning, our registered Consulting Dietician provides patient nutritional care and assessments for patients. In addition,
she approves our menus and performs a sanitation audit on the kitchen.
