Managing your bills after receiving care can be overwhelming and even confusing at times. We understand the added stress this can place on you and are here to help. We have qualified and experienced staff to assist you with questions or concerns regarding your hospital bill as well as financial assistance options.

PayPal is an easy and safe way to pay your bill on-line. You do not need a Patient Portal/Thrive Patient Portal or a PayPal account to pay your bill using this feature.
Boone Memorial Hospital is committed to offering financial assistance to people who have health care needs and are not able to pay for care. You may be able to get financial assistance if you are not insured, under-insured, not eligible for a government program, do not qualify for governmental assistance (for example Medicare or Medicaid), or who are approved for Medicaid but the specific medically necessary service is considered non-covered by Medical Assistance. Boone Memorial strives to make sure that the financial capacity of people who need health care services does not prevent them from seeking or receiving care. Please note that there are certain service exclusions that are not typically eligible for financial assistance, including, but not limited to transplants, cosmetic services and other services.

Standard Charges available for review
Boone Memorial Hospital’s standard charges are made available for your review. These standard charges, from our charge master, are in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Fiscal Year 2019 Inpatient Prospective Payment System Final Rule, 83 Federal Reg. 41144 (Aug. 17, 2018). Charges are the dollar amount a provider sets for services rendered before negotiated rates and discounts.
Posting provider charges is intended to assist patients to make informed pricing choices. Your health isn’t only a matter of price – quality of care is a major factor when choosing a health care provider. We encourage you to seek a healthcare provider proven to provide a high quality of care.
